Supine position

Move your legs vigorously as if riding a bycicle (15-20 times)

Cross the legs stretched as
in scissors (10-15 times)

Extend your legs and make small in the air (10 times)

Move your toes with slightly
raised and extended legs: bend and unbend (up to 20 times)
Standing position

Walk on heels (30 seconds)

Stand on tip toes ballerina (10-15 times)

Step from toes to heels and back circular movements (10-15 times)

Alternate gathering and opening of the feet (10-15 times)
